About Me
I’m a multi-genre composer and multi-instrumentalist focused on scoring for
film
, media,
games
, and world music. With a background in music technology, I combine modern tools with an interactive approach to create
immersive, emotionally engaging compositions.
I graduated from Berklee College of Music, where I received the World Tour Full Scholarship and the String Department
Achievement Award. My music blends traditional and contemporary elements, drawing on Iranian classical music and Middle
Eastern traditions while using current scoring techniques.
As a composer, tar player, and vocalist, I’ve spent years studying Persian musical scales and poetry. I founded RazAvaz
to explore these traditions through ensemble work and improvisation in new musical contexts.
I also work in live sound engineering and production, which helps me stay adaptable in both studio and performance
settings. Whether I’m scoring a scene or shaping a game’s soundscape, my goal is to create music that connects across
different audiences and formats.
